By proceeding with this application and/or attending any related interview, suite session, or selection event, you unconditionally agree to the following:
Absolute Confidentiality
All information disclosed to you before, during, or after the application process — including but not limited to event details, participant identities, discussions in the suite, investment theses, deal flow, and any materials shared — is strictly confidential and constitutes trade secrets of yWhale and its affiliates. You shall not disclose it to any third party under any circumstances.
No Recording or Transmission
Recording in any form (audio, video, photographic, screen capture, notes intended for publication, live streaming, or any other method) is strictly prohibited inside the suite or during any Dark Pass–related interaction. Devices capable of recording must remain powered off and stored unless explicitly permitted in writing.
No Press or Media Access
No journalists, media representatives, bloggers, influencers, or any person intending to publish, broadcast, or otherwise disseminate information about the event are permitted in the suite or any Dark Pass activity. You represent that you are not attending in any media or journalistic capacity.
No Exceptions Without Written Consent
Only a written instrument signed by an authorized yWhale officer can modify or waive these terms.
